Here's what you missed in March!

Join us on Saturday 27th March for the great one-wheeled spectacle that is the Great Carterton Wheelbarrow Race! Whether you're a spectator or participant, you're guaranteed excitement with a race for everyone and prizes for all races, so head along to the Memorial Square outside the Buckhorn to catch the action.

This year we're featuring the First Great Sidewalk Chariot Race, a mobility scooter race open to all seniors. They'll be followed by the Kids Races and Open Heats, and then the Endurance Racers will start arriving from their Gladstone Sports Complex departure point. Will any of the current standing records fall?

The afternoon will see the Decorated Parade, various Novelty Races and the Open Finals. And please note: we barrow in all weather!

So whether you're there to try and write your name in Carterton history, compete for the fun of it or just watch the sweat, tears and triumph, make sure you don't miss it!
