The Great Carterton Wheelbarrow Race 2010
The 2010 Wheelbarrow Race was run on a gorgeous Wairarapa autumn day, led out by the first-ever SideWalk Chariot Race which saw seniors racing around in their mobility scooters followed by cheering kids.
The fire brigade took out the honours in the Men's Open Race, and the Apiata sisters steamed to victory in the Women's Open.
